GDPR notice
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for our EU operations, and KVKK (Law 6698) for our operations in Turkey.
Personal data we process
Identity (first name, last name), contact (email, phone), company information, message content, anonymous technical visit logs.
Purposes of processing
Responding to inquiries, demo requests, pre-sale evaluation, contract processes, compliance with legal obligations.
Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
Consent (form submission), performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest.
Transfers
Personal data is stored within the jurisdiction you operate in: Turkey for KVKK, EU for GDPR. Cross-border transfers, if needed, follow GDPR Chapter V (adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
Under GDPR Art. 15-22 you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, and object to processing. Contact privacy@mivole.com to exercise any of these rights — we respond within 30 days.
