§ Features
Customers add ingredients, remove them, change portion size. Even complex menus collapse into a few taps.
Suggests fitting add-ons before checkout. Average basket per order grows visibly without pressuring the customer.
Confirmed orders flow to the KDS instantly. No waiter as relay, no order lost between till and stove.
Card, contactless or meal-voucher cards — payment finishes inside the kiosk. Fiscal printer & ÖKC integration included.
Receipts and invoices are issued through the official tax portal in real time. Customer scans a QR to receive it on their phone — paper optional.
Thermal printer, payment terminal and screen calibration are auto-checked at startup. If a peripheral is down, the kiosk refuses orders.
Manager gets SMS and email when thermal paper is running out. A new roll is ready before any customer says 'no receipt came out'.
If a customer walks away with an open cart, it auto-clears. The next person sees a clean screen.
One tap brings the menu down to centre screen, with larger type. Designed with wheelchair, low vision and child users in mind.
Burgers, pizza, döner, tacos. Instead of one till's queue, flow spreads across 3-4 kiosks. Customer customises at their own pace.
Universities, hospitals, office canteens. Lunch-rush demand turns from a queue into parallel order intake.
Customers who'd like to see display items on screen too. Desserts, drinks, takeaway options — all in one flow.
More cars order at a kiosk before entering the drive-thru lane. Lane velocity goes up.
§ Hardware
Mivole Kiosk is tested with widely available kiosk enclosures (21"–32"), thermal printers (Epson, Star Micronics), POS payment terminals (Ingenico, Verifone), fiscal devices (ÖKC) and barcode scanners. We're flexible on suppliers; the certified list is shared independently of your procurement process.
§ Tech
All ordering runs against a local database. The kiosk keeps working through a 24-hour internet outage; once back online, it syncs to your central system automatically.
Built on Electron + Vite as a native desktop app — not a browser tab. Full-screen, exit-locked, background updates. Built specifically as a kiosk.
Each kiosk's license is managed individually. New kiosks auto-start a 7-day trial. Verification is RSA-signed and bound to the hardware identity.
Ships with TR, EN, DE, AR. Adding a language is as simple as a JSON file — partners or customers can self-translate to their market.
§ Frequently Asked
It integrates with most major POS systems (Logo, Mikro, Nebim and others). If your POS doesn't expose an API, the kiosk runs standalone with manual end-of-day handover.
No upper limit. A single venue may run one kiosk; chain restaurants run 50+ from a central console.
A 'Call staff' button on the kiosk pings the kitchen or till screen. Within 30 seconds, someone is at the kiosk.
Yes. Multinet, Setcard, Sodexo, Edenred — wherever the supported payment terminal accepts them, the kiosk does too.
The kiosk shows a QR code. The customer opens the menu on their phone, pays without queueing at the till. Same backend, different surface.
§ Take a step
We don't ship one product fits all. Setup is shaped around your customer flow, hardware preference, and local legal requirements.
